I’d like to add ROIs (manually drawn with ITKSNAP S/W) in subject space.
Now I need the interactive method on the GUI.
If you comment automated pipeline to batch for a large sample (500 subjects), that will be a great help.

I’am sorry, my iMAC has physical 4 cores.

When I ran cortical extraction in my new Centos 7 workstation (Xeon dual CPU 24 physical cores),
cortical extraction used only one core. Can I increased the core number up t0 24?
