I´m trying to get the more detailed Volumes. In the GUI i can get them at
DelineationToolbox->ROI Details->Compute Volumes and then I can save them as a *csv.
But how to do this on the cmdline? (Linux)

I`m a little bit confused on how to use the generate_vol_param_stats_xls.sh command.
Where do I find the requested param_nii_file?
If I try this:
/opt/BrainSuite18a/svreg/bin/generate_vol_param_stats_xls.sh SUBJECT -v2
It says that the *.label.nii.gz file is missing. But its there!
I need Help!
