ParticipantDear Anand,
I tried many times, but I noticed that my subject brain is not in the same space as Atlas1. Could you tell me how can coregistered my subject with diffusion and than with BrainsuiteAtlas1?
Thank you very much,
LucaLucaF
ParticipantThanks Anand,
I need to reconstruct connections from spherical ROI in MNI coordinates from ODF.
I have to do it at single subject level, but it would be better also to have a mean ODF from all of my subject co-register in the MNI space and then study also connections of the same ROI at population level in an MNI template (for example ICBM152). Do you have any suggestions how I can use the brainsuite output with other software in order to achieve my goal.

ParticipantSorry I get the problem, it was my fault, I was not running until tissue classification.
Now it works correctly,
Soory again

ParticipantYes I’m using that version and also the version downloaded from Brainsuite additional tools.
Anyway, the results is the same, when I try to load .bfc file an error occur (line 7).

ParticipantThank you very much!
I have another question, do you know how to visualize multiple fiber track set?
For example For my research could be very useful visualize in a same picture fibers set saved in different
file.dft, do you have any sugestion?
Thanks again

ParticipantDear David,
in our previous conversation you have mentioned about a new realease…you said: We are in the process of putting out a new release this week and will be updating our website to match. We’ll be updating the sections on tractography.
So, is there any news about that?
Sincerely
LucaLucaF
ParticipantDear David,
Thank you very much for your sugestions. I’m processing DWI data from 64 directions, so I will process it using ODF and HARDI.
LucaLucaF
ParticipantYes you are correct, I’m interested in studying the group average DWI.
Do I need to use register_affine_files and coregister all my DWIs.nii (moving_filename) to BrainSuite Template (statict_filename)?
Finally How can I merge co-register DWIs to template in one averaged DWI?
Thanks
LucaLucaF
ParticipantDear Bhushan,
I’m interested in merge multiple DWI from different subjects (all subjects aquired in the same way!)
Then I would like to reconstruct merged_DWI in a single template (like ICBM 152) and finally vizualite it in brainsuite.
I already merged 7 DWIs from different subjects, then I processed BDP_15c for the merged_DWIs without –no-structural-registration. I run the results in BS_15c but it looks like absolutley not good, full of noise. Do you have any suggestions?
Thanks,
LucaLucaF
ParticipantDear Hushan,
I have ran on a single subject all BS_15c steps, including BDP_15c. Everything works!
Thanks
LucaLucaF
ParticipantDear,
until now I used the BS_15b and BDP_14b.
Everythings works correctly. It means that my MCR 2012a is correctly installed on my platform.
Now I want to try new release for BDP, if the requested MCR is the same as previous BDP version, my platform should be correclty equipped. Do you think so?

ParticipantThe following lines appears….

ParticipantI already install both, I will re-try unistalling it and install again both.

ParticipantDear David,
I’m using win 7 pro 64bit.
Now, dragging and dropping file works, and all steps until split hemispheres works.
I’m trying also to use BDP correction gui, but that additional tool still does’n work.
Luca
With that version of win and with Matlab 2015b do I need to download MCR_R2012a and Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package?Luca
