Undefined function or variable 'matlabrc'

  I am running into an issue when starting the SVreg and I cannot solve it. Whenever starting the SVreg, I get a prompt: undefined function or variable ‘matlabrc’. I know I solved this issue in the past, but I can’t remember how I did it. Any help on what to do? I am running a windows PC.

  Are you running win 7 by any chance?

  Please try deleting the folder mentioned there:
  (C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Temp\[username]\mcrCache[version])
