Hello everyone,

I am able to perform cortical surface extractions just fine but when I try to do surface volume registration I get Registration Process error and it says “could not launch Label Left Hemisphere Surface please check that the executable /Applications/BrainSuite19a/svreg/bin/svreg_label_surf_hemi.sh exists and that /Users/DaliaKhaled/Desktop/BrainSuiteTutorialCSE-2 is a valid directory.”

I am new to working with Brainsuite but I am using the data provided by the tutorials and I still cannot get this part to work. I am using Brainsuite 19a. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
