      THERE ARE ERRORS IN SURFACES! POSSIBLY ISOLATED/DISCONNECTED PATCHES!!TRYING TO CONTINUE.. CHECK OUTPUT!!
      Performing curvature registration
      Error using TriScatteredInterp
      The coordinates of the input points must be finite values; Inf and NaN are not permitted.

      Error in mygriddata (line 25)

      Error in curvature_registration512g_wt_multi_bs_elastic_xyz_cg (line 60)

      Error in curvature_registration_newbs_elastic_xyz (line 73)

      Error in svreg_label_surf_hemi (line 191)

      MATLAB:TriScatteredInterp:NonFiniteInputPtsErrId

      This error occurs in multiple cases. What is the problem？

      Can you check if the surfaces are extracted correctly?
      Please check pial and inner cortical surfaces.

      Have you tried the BrainSuite tutorials yet? If not I highly recommend them to become familiar with BrainSuite.

      What’s the difference between “BrainSuiteAtlas1” and “bci-dni_brain Atlas”?I see that “BrainSuiteAtlas1” is described on the same page as “bci-dni_brain Atlas.
