Hello,

I’m trying to figure out what coordinate system the extracted surface model is in. When I export the surface and load it into another program (3D Slicer), the surface is translated away from the original MRI volume. I’d like to be able to automatically re-center the surface so that it lines up with the volume again, which I could do if I knew the origin of the surface and the original image

Any ideas, or am I missing something silly here?
