Hello Everyone. I’m new here and honestly I don’t fully understand how can I import DICOM images from my MRI system to work with. I read about the flags , sadly my knowledge about it is short and cannot have success importing it .

Dear Dr. Canales,
There may be alternative approaches but this is what I do:
Download dcm2nii: https://www.nitrc.org/projects/dcm2nii/

It has a GUI that you simply drop your files onto and request it to change files into .nii format. very simple to use. BrainSuite takes in .nii files.
