First of all thanks for that wonderful free tool!
I have a question: When I run the cortical extraction sequence from the GUI the pial surface extraction seems to be much faster than when I run it from the command line (mac OS X).
Any suggestion how I can speed it up for the command line .sh script?thanks a lot,
