Non-uniformity correction error

  during nonuniformity correction an error is output saying “Maximum value of image is zero.” I am inputting an .nii.gz file that was output from FSL. Not sure what is causing the error, please help.

  Maybe you need to check the range of data’s value , which was output from FSL.

  It might be possible that the image header is wrong. Can you check if the image values are positive?
