Hi experts!
Please see below and guide me for a simple solution for this?

Is there a proper way to import a different set of volume masks and labels? For example, I would like to use a functional networks atlas for more direct comparison between structural and functional connectivity data in the future.

If there is a way, how do I do this in the proper format? Say the atlas I’m interested in using has several 3D masks. How do I take those masks and their names and build the necessary file for BrainSuite to register to, label and utilize for tractography calculations.

It is possible to create your own atlas using BrainSuite. Please check module 12 here:
