Dear all,

I am new to Brainsuite toolbox, I would like to do group analysis , I have few questions on analysis protocol.

1. How can i build tractography analysis using seed and target masks with way points .
2. How can i create a GLM to compare Groups ( Healthy vs patients )

any response would be greatly appreciated
