Dear Brainsuite experts
I am a new user of Brainsuite. I would like to use the mask obtained in FSL by means of BET surfer (innerskul, outskul) to apply to a different MRI volume. I have tried to do it with mask tool, but when I upload the mask it is totally wrong (it is a circle line without sense). I really do not understand why; have you got some suggestion to solve it?
