We install Brainsuite and Brainsuite BIDs App successfully on a Linux server. It could run the participant level command successfully.

But it could not run the all the group level commands. it　will　pop up the error message as the following,
File “/usr/local/miniconda/lib/python3.7/site-packages/rpy2/rinterface.py”, line 680, in __call__
raise embedded.RRuntimeError(_rinterface._geterrmessage())
rpy2.rinterface_lib.embedded.RRuntimeError: Error: Could not find svreg.log in the subject directory /output/sub-0017. Please check if the subject directory is valid.

Please advise what should i do.

It was installed on AWS Ubuntu Linux server.

Hi,

It looks like there may be a folder or file path error. Could you please provide the following information?

* Path to your output files (the path of your output folder that has the processed outputs)
* The exact command you ran (e.g., if it was using the docker version, it would be something like “docker run -ti –rm …”; if it was singularity, then it would be “singularity run …”)
