  Dear all,
  I’m getting the following error when I run BDP with my data:
  
  Estimating ODFs in T1-coordinate…Index exceeds matrix dimensions.
  Error in estimate_SH_FRT_FRACT_mprage (line 72)
  Error in BrainSuite_Diffusion_pipeline (line 63)
  MATLAB:badsubscript
  
  Any help please?
