Great tool! Many thanks for your hard work.
I’m relatively new to this tool and I would like to create my own “fear-related” altas made of regions parcellated according to the USCBrain atlas. That is, I would like to add only regions in the Atlas which are fear-related ,e.g. the amygdala (left and right combined). I don’t want to have these regions included in a mask, it should work as it would be a “normal” atlas.

Can someone help me out ?
