Crash on Nonuniformity Correction

      Hi

      I’m a newbie here.
      I’m facing a problem when I use Cortical Surface Extraction.
      The program stopped when the process reached Nonuniformity Correction step 2.

      My file is an axial MRI (20 slice).

      I tried to use another file from different subject before (sagital 168 slices), and it worked well. So I assumed there won’t be any problems with the system requirements.

      System: Win7 64bit, Ram 8GB, Core i5 3.5GHz

      Hi,

      Do you happen to have error logs from the crash? The log can be found in the Console log window in the BrainSuite GUI.
