I have analysed 30 patients and I look for correlations in the connectivity matrices.
1)How do I do this? Is there an easy way to compare the results of the patients to make a statistic?
2)In one patient, when I open his connectivity matrix, there is one column less than in the other patients, how can something like this happen? Is it a bug?
