Dear all,
Im new in this field.
I’m trying to save connectivity matrices of a specific ROI using brainsuite interface.
I do these passeges, I open Brainsuite, I compute connectivity and then I select a specific brain area from the connectivity viewer interface.
At this point I save my .dft files and the connectivity matrices (1 for each brain ROIs).
However, all matrices I obrained are the same across brain areas within the same subject. This means that I have the same values for subject 1 for ITG, FG, IOG, ecc.

Do you have an idea of how to solve this problem?
