Dear all,
I am writing to ask you that how I can do co-registration by Brainsuite GUI.
Here you can see what I want to do :

My files:

1) I have ROI of tumor that this ROI was extracted by T1.

2) So my reference image is T1

3) I have DTI image

Goal: I am going to register ROI of tumor on diffusion space.

Lets me know How I can do it by Brainsuite GUI?

This can be done using BDP using the following flags

–custom-t1-label
–output-diffusion-coordinate

BDP (BrainSuite Diffusion Pipeline) is a commandline tool only.
