hello can someone help specify what the diffusion_time_ms flag input should be? Is this diffusion time acquisition, TR ? I know it’s required for 3dshore flag. I also wanted a little more information on the difference between 3dshore and GQI flag for multi shell data. I have dwi data acquired similarly to HCP but only in the AP direction (98 dir).
