I am running briansuite19b diffusion pipeline. In general, everything works fine on my local desktop. When I run on the cranium-dev.loni server, my script runs for about 1-2 minutes and freezes on the same line:

“Search-based initialization…”

occasionally moving forward a little but then freezing/running for 3+ hours when the local script takes less than 1 hour.

Any suggestions as to why?
