I have been fiddling with the Cerebrum Labelling function in Brainsuite for a bit now and it keeps grabbing the upper part of the cerebellum in the cerebrum label, throwing off the whole segmentation. I am using the Standard Deviation cost function, Linear Convergence of 0.01, Warp Convergence of 0.01, and Warp Level of 8. Any suggestions?

Bad cerebrum labeling can lead to confusion and misinterpretation of brain functions. Accurate, clear labeling is essential for education and research. Double-check diagrams for correctness and clarity.

This is exactly what I am doing, my question is how can I improve the segmentation when I have already set very low convergence thresholds and the cerebellum is still being segmented into the cerebrum?
