        This can be done using BDP using the following flags

        –custom-t1-label
        –output-diffusion-coordinate

          1. Whether there is a way to do co-registration just in Brainsuite GUI or not?
          2. Could you please kindly send me documentation for these flags? becasue you forgot to put the link of these flags in previous email.

            BDP (BrainSuite Diffusion Pipeline) is a commandline tool only.
