    I ran into a similar issue with SVReg before. What worked for me was reinstalling the SVReg toolbox and making sure all the file paths in MATLAB were correctly set. Sometimes just updating MATLAB helps too. If that doesn’t do the trick, check out the documentation or the MATLAB forums—there might be a specific fix for your version.

    I ran into the same issue with SVREG and the USC Lobes Atlas. It turned out that the paths in the manifest file were off. I double-checked and realized the files weren’t in the folder SVREG was looking in. Make sure the file paths in your manifest are correct and that the files are named exactly as SVREG expects. I also re-downloaded the atlas just to be sure. If you’re still stuck, it might help to go over the setup instructions again or reach out to the support community for more specific advice.

    In this step, there typically isn’t a “warp change” to the data as it’s being applied to the template. It’s more about aligning or transforming the data to fit the template’s structure. You might want to check how your specific tool handles this, but usually, the warp change happens in a different stage.
