Hello,
I would like to know how I can label the brain in the BrainSuite 17a GUI using the new USCBrain atlas rather than the 2 default atlases (BrainSuite Atlas1 & BCI_DNI_brain_atlas) please. I have downloaded the atlas and placed it in the svreg folder but I still don’t see it in the drop-down menu when I go to ‘Cortical Surface Extraction Sequence’. What step(s) am I missing?

To add USCBrain as a dropdown entry in the svreg menu, please follow first section in the link below.
