SVREG ROI ID

      HI,

      I want to use the data from roiwise.stats.txt output by svreg, but I am not sure which ROI ID corresponds to which atlas and I have in total of 107 ROI IDs in the txt file.

      My SVreg was runned using command line in ths format:
      svreg.sh <subject_file_prefix> [<atlas_file_prefix>]

      I did not specify the atlas image.

      Hi,

      If you did not specify the atlas in your SVReg command line, the default atlas, BrainSuiteAtlas1, is used.
