Surface viewer not working

  I downloaded BrainSuite version 18a for windows and the surface viewer window is not showing up on the default GUI, and when trying to pop it out it appears blank () See the image attached!

  I am writing to ask you whether Brainsuite GUI can perform the normalization to the MNI 152 template?If yes, could you please let me know how it works?

  The Surface Viewer may not be working due to software glitches, outdated drivers, or compatibility issues.
