  Dear experts.
  
  I have done one subject’s t1 image and obtained roiwise stats file. Here are some roi data attached in this mail. I found that LV volume is only for right hemisphere. Is this corerct?

  When you use BrainSuiteAtlas1:
  ROI#701 is the left ventricle.
  ROI#720 is the right ventricle.
  
  When you use BCI-DNI_brain atlas:
  ROI#720 is the right and ROI#721 is the left
  
  sorry for the confusion.
