          I am using BrainSuite 15c on Windows7 64bit.

            When you use BrainSuiteAtlas1:
            ROI#701 is the left ventricle.
            ROI#720 is the right ventricle.

            When you use BCI-DNI_brain atlas:
            ROI#720 is the right and ROI#721 is the left

            sorry for the confusion.

              Hi,

              We have data on ROI#701 which is the left ventricle.
