Pial surface extraction error

        sry for insisting in this case.
        The “error” already happens at the cerebrum labeling step. Does someone have an idea ?

          PS: setting cost function to “least squares” or “standard deviation” does not solve the problem. With standard deviation it looks bit better, but still some remaining brain tissue (frontal cortex) outside of the mask….
