Matlab use of the 3Dmodel

      Hello, I need a software allowing me to input a 3D cortical model as well as individual 3D coordinates of specific regions (grid location) in Matlab. Could you please tell me if this is possible with Brainsuite?

      You can use readdfs.m function available from http://brainsuite.org/processing/svreg/matlab/
      to read your data into Matlab.
