The MathWorks download site for the MCR is on this page:
http://www.mathworks.com/products/compiler/mcr/
If you are using the newest version of BrainSuite (BrainSuite16a), then you will need to install the 2015b MCR. If you are using the older versions, then you will need 2012a.
I’ll update the links on our site. Thank you for pointing this out.

Hello
I’ve had a trouble with Matlab R2015b, when I start Brainsuite 16a1 Does not appear me the Surface Viewer in orthogonal view and I’ve attempted to start Matlab by setup.exe (Already it’s installed in Program Files x64) and appear me a message: “Internal error: Failed to initialize application installer (202)”
How could I fix it?I have Windows 10 x64
Already are installed all Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable.Thanks for your time.

Hi,
I downloaded BrainSuite17a on Linux Ubuntu 14.04. Subsequently, I downloaded Matlab compiler R2015b linux version and attempted to install but got an error (please see below). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can try using gksudo to run the installer as root with gui.
gksudo ./install -
