  Hello,
  
  I am using BrainSuite to convert .nii.gz file to anatomy extraction. During extraction, it shows the following error though the extraction progresses,
  Fatal error: out of stack in Graph::visit()
  Stack position is 1000000
  error:illegal code in segment map
  
  How can I fix it???
