  How to perform comparision study from tractography and connectivity matrix data.
  
  I want to compare connectivity data on normal individuals and diseased, to see which tracts are abnormal in diseased individual. How can i statistically analyze the connectivity data in two groups.

  Hi Dr. Neyaz,
  
  The ability to save connectivity matrix data will be released soon. This will allow comparison of connectivity measures (pointwise in a matrix form) across subjects.
