File for cortical thickness analysis

      Hello,

      Please allow me to asking a naïve question.
      I am trying to perform cortical thickness calculation.
      I have created files after SVReg. However, I could not find “XXX.target.XXX.mid.cortex.reg” file in the folder created by SVReg.
      Could you suggest how should I do?

      In order to compute cortical thickness accurately, please refer to #10 here

      The name of the module is thicknessPVC.
