When I try to run SVREG this error comes up, but only with the USC Lobes Atlas. I followed the tutorial to add it to Svreg and configure the manifest file so that it is recognized by the program.

      Error using copyfile
      No matching files were found.

      Error in svreg_label_surf_hemi (line 149)

      MATLAB:COPYFILE:FileDoesNotExist

      right log:

      Error in svreg_label_surf_hemi (line 64)

Please make sure that the atlas is unzipped into a folder and copied to the svreg subfolder within BrainSuite installation. It needs to be along with other atlases within svreg subfolder.

I ran into the same issue with SVREG and the USC Lobes Atlas. It turned out that the paths in the manifest file were off. I double-checked and realized the files weren’t in the folder SVREG was looking in. Make sure the file paths in your manifest are correct and that the files are named exactly as SVREG expects. I also re-downloaded the atlas just to be sure. If you’re still stuck, it might help to go over the setup instructions again or reach out to the support community for more specific advice.
