      Dear All,
After a batch processing on Linux with 16a1 version, and saving the matrix (File/Save Connectivity Matrix), I noticed that most have 96×96, and a few 100×100 for connectivity matrix. Is the matrix size variable? They were all processed the same on command line up to bdp and tracks were computed using FRT/ODFs and then connectivity with svreg.label in BS GUI.

      Dear All,
Thanks to the teams at USC/UCLA, this was due to the atlas used in svreg processing. Most were processed in command line with BCI-DNI atlas and few difficult cases were processed in GUI to inspect/adjust skull stripping that used Atlas1 by default. By processing all the cases with a standard roi file the matrix is now equal for all.
