Trying to run bssr in R but getting error:

Following subjects have missing nii.gz files
[1] “~/T1_5356/T1_5356.dwi.RAS.correct.atlas.FA.smooth2.0mm.nii.gz”
Error: Check if svreg_apply_map was run succesfully and if the *.dwi.*.atlas.*.nii.gz files exist for all the subjects. Also check if smoothing was performed.

That file doesn’t exist and Im not sure how to re run to ensure that it does…
