action taken: move radius expand slider for a selected sulcus

expected behavior: selected sulcus tube would expand

actual behavior: all sulci tubes expand, perhaps unequally, and
selected sulcus start point(?) expands much more greatly, as may
other points along curves. And a ball possibly corresponding to
start point appears & expands in space outside the brain.
(Perhaps the hyper-expansion of start point is deliberate, to more
positively identify the sulcus? If so, maybe is a useful feature.)
