    When you use BrainSuiteAtlas1:
    ROI#701 is the left ventricle.
    ROI#720 is the right ventricle.

    When you use BCI-DNI_brain atlas:
    ROI#720 is the right and ROI#721 is the left

    sorry for the confusion.
