Hi there, I recently downloaded the BrainSuite BIDS App onto my institution’s HPC and was hoping to process subjects using the BIDS CSE and BDP pipelines. After reviewing the BrainSuite pipelines noted in the following website https://brainsuite.org/BIDS/pipelines.html, I would like to obtain the resulting image at the end of the susceptibility-induced distortion correction step (i.e., after DWI brain mask, Eddy current and motion correction, registration of DWI to T1w space, and susceptibility-induced distortion correction), yet I am unable to ascertain what this resulting image is. Is there any documentation that I can read in order to obtain the required image, or is there something that I can include in the code that can export the steps that are being performed and detail the output image at the required stage? Thanks for the help!
