Hi
I’m a newbie here. A problem comes up when I use Cortical Surface Extraction. I use BrainSuite23 to perform Cortical Surface Extraction Tutorial, but at the Cerebrum Labeling stage, no matter which cost function I choose, command line only shows error: unable to write to masked_brain.img.
So I think I need some help. Thanks a lot!

If you can not write to masked_brain.img, see if it has read-only permissions or if it is open in another program. Ascertain that you possess adequate storage and write access to the directory. Check to make sure the file name and path are correct. If problems continue, try copying or renaming the file.
