Hi Everyone,

My name is Alex. I went through the individual tutorials for cortical surface extraction and surface/volume registration, but the dataset provided was that of a single subject. I was wondering if anyone in our research community could help list the different procedures required (and relevant corresponding functions in the SVReg toolbox) to represent multiple subjects in a common atlas space.
