About Bias field correcction tool

      Dear all,
      Sometimes I used BFC tool for increase contrast and get better inner cortical resolution.
      Usually I run brain exctraction untill non-uniformity correction then I load the result .bfc using BFC script. The .bfc output from the last version of brainsuite (16a) is not read by BFC script.
      Does someone already notice it?

      Hi Luca, Are you using Linux/Mac/Windows? There is a bias filed correction script now included with BrainSuite 16a. It is in C:\Program Files\BrainSuite16a\svreg\bin\gui_bias_correct.exe .
      Are you using this?

      Yes I’m using that version and also the version downloaded from Brainsuite additional tools.
      Anyway, the results is the same, when I try to load .bfc file an error occur (line 7).

      Sorry I get the problem, it was my fault, I was not running until tissue classification.
      Now it works correctly,
