Compute Thickness Warning Input too may not..

      Dear All,

      First, thanks a lot for the great development of the Brainsuite toolbox. I tried for the first time to compute cortical thickness using Brainsuite (17a) on a iMAC (high sierra).

      During the “Commute Thickness” process (started from GUI) I get a warning (Input too may not be achievable by PCG, Try to use a bigger tolerance -> in pcg(line88) in thicknessPVC (line 159).

      Should I try to run this process from the command line? Is there a possibility to change the tolerance (should I?). Thanks for your input and help!

      …I forgot to mention that i have used the 2523412.nii.gz file from the Brainsuite tutorial…

      If the thickness looks ok, then don’t worry about the warning. Usually, it does not cause any problems, it is just a precaution.
