Thanks for this great tool of registration based distortion correction. I am using it as I don’t have a field map but need to correct for susceptibility effects. As I want to use the distortion map outputted by the bdp script, can somebody tell me in which unit the output is? Is it rad/s or Hz? Thanks in advance!
