I used 9.4T scanner to acquire the monkey’s T2-weighted MRI,can I use this software to calculate the gyrification index for the monkey brain?
I tried to change the atlas and atlaslabels in cortical_extraction.cmd,then run the script with my own data, but the result seems were problematic.
