Hi,
I want to plot some electrodes on the outer cortical surface of the cerebrum. I checked the output file after running CSE in BrainSuite, there’s no volume file for pial cortex that I could use for reconstructing the outer surface of the cerebrum. I read the “Pial surface” conversation on this page, and if I understood correctly, this functionality has not been implemented. So I was wondering is there a way to get the volume file of pial cortex directly from BrainSuite?
