Hello,

I created a detailed atlas on a sheep brain for a project. Our goal is to overlay it on other healthy & sick sheep that we have images of. In the scanner, each sheep is not positioned in the exact location as the previous, and as result when I try to overlay the created atlas and mask, it is off a bit. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem, or if anyone has a solution. I tried masking the new sheep to see if the atlas would fit into a new mask, no luck. Forgive me as I picked up BrainSuite a month ago and don’t know much besides creating an atlas.
