Hello,
I really liked working with BrainSuite. Its easy to understand and also powerful for analyzing MR data.
Currently, I am working with BrainSuite and I want to measure global brain shape and size. I want to calculate four features from each structural MRI i.e. length, width, height of whole brain and the AC-PC line length. The following article describes that they have calculated these features using BrainSuite (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20152910). I searched all the tutorials and forums on BrainSuite website but I am not able to find a way of doing this particular task.
I will really appreciate any help with this.Thanks,
